Specific posting, field / role family, or broad general resume?

Professional Resume supports all three paths. If a posting exists, it controls the tailoring workflow. Without one, we use your stated field / role family or build one coherent broadly usable resume around verified strengths. No fake employer or requisition is created.

We read the resume/source material completely before detailed evidence questions. When a posting exists, we read it completely too. We look for chronology, promotions, scope, authority, tools, metrics, achievements, leadership, education, certifications, and material contradictions.

We compare your selected target direction with what your sources already prove. Then we ask only targeted questions tied to meaningful gaps, such as:

• How many users, sites, systems, projects, customers, transactions, or team members were involved?
• What could you decide independently, and what required approval?
• What changed because of your work?
• What did you build, document, improve, automate, lead, or standardize?
• Did your responsibility expand or were you promoted?

We do not ask questions your source material already answers.

We build the strongest supported professional identity and structure the resume around the evidence most relevant to the selected target type. We do not copy the posting word-for-word. We do not turn a gap into experience the candidate never had.

Before finalization, material facts in the final document must be confirmable by the client. Unsupported or unresolved claims are removed or held.

Customer-facing quality checks include:

• important evidence did not disappear;
• target identity is specific but defensible;
• the resume is readable at normal scan speed;
• the chosen approved template is applied correctly;
• the final document is visually inspected;
• ATS text extraction/read order is checked;
• the final PDF is searchable/selectable and visually stable.

We do not publish an internal numerical resume score.

Resume-producing packages normally deliver one final resume version in editable DOCX and layout-stable PDF, unless the employer/application system requires a different submission method. A materially different later career direction or separate requisition may require a new engagement rather than a free revision.
